Phase one

Series of sessions each followed by a practical revision workshop then a summary video is posted to summarize the session and facilitate finishing the technical task which is evaluated after every session.

By the end of the first phase, every trainee will be asked to design, prepare shop drawings, and study all of the electrical system in a whole project then it will be judged with 10 jurors.

Phase Two

Qualifications:

Trainee shall:

  • Attend at least 75% of the sessions.
  • Get at least 75% in the technical tasks’ evaluation.
  • Achieve at least 75% in final project evaluation.

Content

  • Series of workshops prepared by Dar Al-Kahrbaa or by the cooperation with other experienced companies in various fields.
  • Site Visit and (or) factory visit
  • Group project in which trainees are asked to perform value-engineering for a ready designed project, prepare shop drawings for the entire project, study and cost estimate all the electrical works in the project. Then prepare a PowerPoint presentation and present it in the presence of 15 jurors.
  • Individual project in which trainee is asked to prepare a presentation about a self-study topic to enrich their communication, research and development skills.

Number of sessions and their content is announced in the time schedule of every training diploma as the content may vary according to market needs.
